Dubai South

Dubai South is an exciting master community that is being developed near the site of Expo 2020. The community is spread over a colossal area of 145 square kilometers and is divided among villa, townhouse, and apartment clusters centered on a championship golf course.

With Expo 2020 just over a year away, that area of the city is being transformed into a new hub of economy, leisure, and luxury living. The homes at Dubai South are going to be complemented by abundant greenery along with a large selection of retail and dining options.

The infrastructure surrounding Dubai South is being developed as well so that the community is well-connected to other key districts of Dubai. It is a short drive from the Expo 2020 site and Maktoum International Airport. Palm Jebel Ali is also quite nearby, as are Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
